This document constitutes the declassified subject registry compiled by the Financial Crimes & Digital Asset Division pursuant to an investigation into coordinated influence operations on the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, hereafter referred to as Crypto Twitter (CT). All subjects listed herein were identified as persons of interest in connection with suspected retail investor harm, undisclosed promotional activity, and/or wallet coordination. One subject (see Serial 4) was determined to be a cooperating source and cleared of all charges.
